Angel Cabrera and Florentino Molina played 8th Caritas Golf Tournament
The presence of 2009 Masters Champion together with acclaimed Florentino Molina attracted many people and golf players in the tournament that took place in Villa Adelina Campo Público de Golf. Carlos Furlon and Carlos Vega were the winners.
By Andrés Alejandro Wodzak - Asociación Argentina de Golf “Florentino Molina and Angel Cabrera Challenge had a great audience who followed both players along the nine holes in AAG Public Course. Angel Cabrera got there very early and took time to say hello to friends and acquaintances. “It is important to support this type of events and Golf is a great sport with which we can do good things”, said “Pato”, minutes before his scheduled tee time at 4 p.m.
This competition was organized by Caritas Santa Rita, and Florentino Molina was part of the event like every year. Five-times Republic Open winner and four times member of Argentinean team for the World Cup thanked everyone for participating and collaborating with non perishable products for Caritas’ Charity Program; and he gave prizes to the winners.
Carlos Furlon and Carlos Vega won with 28 shots, and were followed by Nahuel Vedoya and Daniel Rubio with 29. Two couples finished with 30 shots: Daniel Palacios and Jorge Salum, and Claudia Ramos and Adriana Sierchuk.
Also, he talked about 104° VISA OPEN which will take place in December 10th and 13th, in Nordelta Golf Club: “I am very happy to participate; I will be very tired since I will be coming from South Africa; but I do want to play and to win, if it is possible."
