César Monasterio, winner of 2008 Angel Cabrera Classic
After a breakthrough with Andrés Romero, César Monasterio from Tucuman won the Cup and the money prize (more than 25,000 Argentinean pesos) of Ángel Cabrera Classic, which took place on November 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th in Córdoba Jockey Club.
Both players hit a total of 202 shots during three days and Monasterio finally won with a birdie on an extra hole. Sebastian Fernandez finished third and Paulo Pinto finished fourth. The latter was the winner in Roberto De Vicenzo Tournament.
Host Angel Cabrera thanked all professional golf players who participate in the tournament which, year after year, gathers people who enjoy world-class Golf.
